Question 1

Install fails or stalls?

Connect the Savi 7xx M base and USB dongle before running the installer, close Plantronics Hub/Poly Lens and Teams, then run the driver setup as administrator and reboot.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

Confirm the base has power, the headset is docked/paired, and the USB dongle is in a working port. Try another USB port and check Plantronics Hub/Poly Lens device detection.

Version conflicts?

Remove older Plantronics Hub, Spokes, or duplicate audio drivers first. Install the latest Savi 7xx M software/firmware, then verify the Teams-certified device is selected in Windows and Teams audio settings.
