Name: Philips Phillips 7130 TV Tuner PCI Card Driver
Author: Philips

Question 1

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

Reseat the Philips 7130 PCI card, try another PCI slot, and check Device Manager for unknown/multimedia devices. Confirm the card is enabled in BIOS and no onboard TV tuner is conflicting.

Question 2

Install fails or driver won’t load?

Accepted Answer

Run the installer as administrator and use the correct 32/64-bit package for your Windows version. If Windows blocks the driver, check signature requirements; use compatibility mode only on supported legacy OS builds.

Question 3

Version conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Remove older Philips TV tuner/WDM drivers and related capture software before installing. Reboot, then install one driver version only; avoid mixing PCI tuner driver packs.
