Name: Philips GoGear Mix USB Device Driver
Author: Philips

Question 1

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

Try a different USB cable and a rear USB port, not a hub. In Device Manager, remove any unknown USB device or “Philips GoGear” entry, then reconnect the player.

Question 2

Driver install fails?

Accepted Answer

Run the installer as administrator and match it to your Windows version. If Windows blocks the older Philips driver, install the INF manually through Device Manager or temporarily disable driver signature enforcement.

Question 3

Version conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall previous Philips GoGear/USB mass-storage drivers, including hidden devices, then reboot. Reinstall the current driver; if the Mix appears under Portable Devices/MTP, update that driver instead.
