Name: Partner Tech Inc. RP 300 RP 300H Driver
Author: Partner Tech

Question 1

Install fails or stalls?

Accepted Answer

Close POS/printing software, remove any existing “Partner Tech RP 300” printer queue, then run the RP 300/RP 300H setup as administrator. Reboot before retrying.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

Connect the printer directly to a rear USB port, not a hub. Check Device Manager for unknown USB/printing devices, confirm power and paper, and try a known-good USB cable.

Question 3

Driver/version conflicts?

Accepted Answer

In Print Server Properties > Drivers, remove old Partner Tech drivers and queues, reboot, then install the exact driver for your model. Do not mix RP 300 and RP 300H packages.
