Question 1

Install fails or stops midway?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall older Pantum software and printer entries, run the P2500W Series installer as administrator, allow any driver-signing prompt, then restart before retrying.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

Confirm the printer is powered on and use a direct USB port or a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi connection. Re-run the Pantum wireless setup; avoid generic printer drivers.

Question 3

Version conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Remove existing Pantum P2500W queues in Device Manager and Apps & Features, then install only the current model-specific package. Do not mix universal and P2500W Series drivers.
