Disconnect the Pantech device, uninstall existing “Pantech Android USB Composite Device” entries in Device Manager (enable Show hidden devices), reboot, then run the driver installer as administrator.

Question 2

Device not detected or only charges?

Use a data-capable USB cable and a rear USB 2.0 port. On the phone, enable Developer options > USB debugging and set USB mode to MTP/PTP. Check Device Manager for unknown Android/ADB Composite interfaces.

In Device Manager, open the composite device > Driver > Roll Back Driver, or uninstall and rescan. Remove stale Pantech/ADB composite driver entries before reinstalling to avoid mixed versions.
