Question 1

Install fails or rolls back?

Accepted Answer

Windows may block older unsigned EasyNote TJ75 drivers. Run the installer as administrator in Windows 7 compatibility mode, pause antivirus, and use the Packard Bell package that matches your installed Windows version.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

Check Device Manager for unknown devices. The TJ75’s Fn keys/BIOS can disable wireless or touchpad; enable them, install chipset drivers first, then the device driver, and reboot.

Question 3

Version conflicts or crashes?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall the existing driver in Device Manager with “Delete driver software,” avoid mixing Windows Update and Packard Bell versions, install one TJ75 driver package, then reboot. Roll back or use System Restore if audio/wireless breaks after an update.
