Question 1

Install fails or rolls back?

Accepted Answer

Run the Océ VarioPrint 2105 installer as administrator and match the driver package to Windows architecture (32/64-bit). Remove old Océ VarioPrint entries in Print Management, then retry.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

Verify the VarioPrint 2105 is reachable by IP or correctly connected via USB. Check TCP/IP settings on the printer control panel; if discovery fails, add the printer manually using its IP address.

Question 3

Version conflicts or duplicate queues?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall older Océ drivers and delete stale printer ports/queues. Reboot, install only the latest VarioPrint 2105 driver, and avoid mixing PCL and PostScript drivers on the same queue.
