Name: Kozumi K 7128PCI Driver
Author: Kozumi

Question 1

Install fails or Code 10/28?

Accepted Answer

Run the Kozumi setup as Administrator and use the package matching Windows 32/64-bit. If Windows rejects the older unsigned PCI driver, temporarily disable driver signature enforcement, install, then re-enable it. Reboot before testing.

Question 2

Card not detected?

Accepted Answer

Power off, reseat the K 7128PCI firmly in a different PCI slot, and confirm BIOS/Device Manager sees the card after “Scan for hardware changes.” If it never appears, the slot or card is faulty.

Question 3

Version conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall any previous Kozumi or generic PCI driver, remove hidden devices, reboot, then install only this model’s driver. Stop Windows Update from replacing it with a generic package.
