Question 1

Install fails or setup exits early?

Accepted Answer

Run the Konica Minolta PS810 Turbo scanner installer as Administrator, leave the scanner disconnected until prompted, and use the correct 32-bit/64-bit Windows package.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

Check scanner power and USB/interface cabling, connect directly to a rear port instead of a hub, and confirm the PS810 Turbo appears in Device Manager before opening TWAIN/WIA scan software.

Question 3

TWAIN/WIA version conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall older Konica Minolta scanner drivers and duplicate TWAIN entries, reboot, then reinstall only the PS810 Turbo driver. If scanning still fails, remove the device in Device Manager and rescan for hardware.
