Name: KWorld UB435 Q Driver
Author: Kworld

Question 1

Installer fails or stalls?

Accepted Answer

Unplug the KWorld UB435-Q, run the KWorld setup as administrator, temporarily disable antivirus, reboot, then connect the tuner to a rear USB 2.0 port—not a hub.

Question 2

Device not detected/Unknown Device?

Accepted Answer

Try another USB 2.0 port and cable. In Device Manager, uninstall the tuner and any hidden USB TV tuner entries, reboot, and reinstall the driver before opening TV software.

Question 3

Version conflicts/TV app can’t see tuner?

Accepted Answer

Remove older KWorld, TotalMedia, or other TV-tuner drivers/software, reboot, and install the matching UB435-Q driver package. Avoid mixing 32/64-bit or outdated drivers; use Device Manager rollback if needed.
