Question 1

Install fails or rolls back?

Accepted Answer

Remove any existing KONICA MINOLTA bizhub PRO 1200P driver and stale print queue, stop the Print Spooler service, then run the downloaded package as administrator. Install the PCL or PS driver matching your Windows architecture; do not force a generic driver.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

For network, confirm the 1200P has a valid IP and add it by IP/Standard TCP/IP port (raw 9100), not by hostname. For USB, try a direct rear port and a known-good cable; avoid hubs.

Question 3

Version conflicts / duplicate queues?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall older KONICA MINOLTA bizhub PRO drivers, delete unused ports, reboot, and install one driver/queue only. Reinstalling over an old queue can cause missing finishing options or print errors.
