Question 1

Installation fails or rolls back?

Accepted Answer

Disconnect the USB/network cable, remove existing Konica Minolta PagePro 9100 entries in Devices and Printers, clear leftover drivers in Print Server Properties > Drivers, reboot, then run the correct 32/64-bit installer as administrator.

Question 2

Printer not detected?

Accepted Answer

Try another USB port/cable, or confirm the network IP and that the Standard TCP/IP port matches it. Power-cycle the printer and PC, then add the printer manually with a new port.

Question 3

Version conflicts or duplicate queues?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall old PagePro 9100 drivers, stop the Print Spooler and clear spool files, install only one driver package, and remove duplicate printer entries before setting the correct queue as default.
