Name: Konica Minolta PagePro 1400W Driver
Author: Konica Minolta

Question 1

Install fails or rolls back?

Accepted Answer

Disconnect the USB cable, run the PagePro 1400W installer as administrator, and use the package matching your Windows version/architecture. Remove partial Konica Minolta printer entries, reboot, then reconnect USB when prompted.

Question 2

Printer not detected?

Accepted Answer

Use a direct rear USB 2.0 port and a known-good cable, not a hub. Power-cycle the printer and check Device Manager for an unknown USB device; remove/rescan it if present.

Question 3

Driver/version conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall older Konica Minolta PagePro drivers and stale printer ports first. Avoid mixing universal and model-specific drivers, then restart the print spooler after installing the 1400W driver.
