Name: Konica Minolta Magicolor 4690MF Driver
Author: Konica Minolta

Question 1

Install fails or stalls?

Accepted Answer

Remove any existing Konica Minolta Magicolor 4690MF driver entries in Printers & scanners and Device Manager, reboot, then run the official installer as administrator. Disconnect USB until prompted.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

For USB, try a rear port and a known-good cable. For network, confirm the printer’s IP address, ping it from Windows, and create the port manually using that IP instead of relying on auto-discovery.

Question 3

Driver/version conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall older Magicolor 4690MF packages and avoid the Windows generic/WSD driver. Install the matching 32/64-bit Konica Minolta package, then restart the print spooler before adding the printer again.
