Author: Konica Minolta

Question 1

Install fails or Add Printer cannot find the driver?

Accepted Answer

Extract the downloaded package first, run setup as administrator, and if needed use “Have Disk” to point Windows to the PS `.inf` file. Avoid installing from inside the ZIP.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

Confirm the C252/C252P is powered on and connected. For network use, assign a static IP and create a Standard TCP/IP port with that address; for USB, try a direct port and reseat the cable.

Question 3

Version conflicts with an existing Konica Minolta queue?

Accepted Answer

Remove the old printer and driver package via Print Management, reboot, then install the C252/C252P PS driver. Do not mix PCL and PS drivers on the same queue.
