Name: Konica Minolta bizhub C364e Driver
Author: Konica Minolta

Question 1

Install fails or setup exits early?

Accepted Answer

Download the bizhub C364e package, not a generic Konica Minolta driver. Right-click the setup file and choose Run as administrator; temporarily pause antivirus and close any older bizhub installer.

Question 2

Device not detected over network?

Accepted Answer

Confirm the C364e has a fixed IP, ping it from the PC, then add a Standard TCP/IP port using that IP—not WSD—and select the C364e driver. For USB, use a direct rear port and a known-good cable.

Question 3

Version conflicts or duplicate queues?

Accepted Answer

Remove old KONICA MINOLTA print drivers in Print Management, delete stale C364e queues, reboot, then install the latest Windows driver. Avoid mixing PCL and PS drivers on the same queue.
