Question 1

Install fails or stalls?

Accepted Answer

Remove any existing Konica Minolta bizhub C35/PCL6 driver entries, restart the Print Spooler service, then run the installer as administrator.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

For network use, confirm the C35 has a valid IP, is on the same subnet, and responds to ping; add a Standard TCP/IP port manually if needed. For USB, try a direct rear-port connection and a known-good cable.

Question 3

Driver/version conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall older PCL5, universal, or duplicate C35 PCL6 drivers before installing the latest package; avoid mixing Windows Update and vendor installers, then set the correct PCL6 driver as default.
