Question 1

Install fails or stops midway?

Accepted Answer

Download the bizhub C20 driver that matches your Windows version and 32/64-bit architecture. Run the installer as administrator; remove any partial print queue first.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

For USB, connect directly to the PC and try another cable/port. For network, confirm the C20 has a valid IP, then add a Standard TCP/IP port using that address.

Question 3

Version conflicts / duplicate queues?

Accepted Answer

In Print Management, delete old Konica Minolta/bizhub C20 queues, restart the Print Spooler, reboot, then install the current driver.
