Name: Konica Minolta bizhub 165 Driver
Author: Konica Minolta

Question 1

Install fails or stalls?

Accepted Answer

Disconnect the bizhub 165 USB cable before setup, run the driver installer as administrator, and match the Windows architecture (32/64-bit). Reconnect only when prompted; temporarily disable antivirus if setup still blocks.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

Power on the bizhub 165, use a known-good USB 2.0 cable directly into the PC (no hub), and try another port. Remove stale print queues, restart the Print Spooler, then reinstall.

Question 3

Version conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall older Konica Minolta/bizhub drivers via Print Management, delete leftover queues, restart Windows, then install the latest bizhub 165 package. Do not mix old and new driver packages.
