Author: Kodak

Question 1

Install fails or rolls back on Windows 10/11?

Accepted Answer

The ESP Office 6100 uses legacy Kodak software. Run the installer as administrator in Windows 7 compatibility mode, leave the USB cable disconnected until prompted, and approve any legacy driver warnings.

Question 2

Printer not detected (USB or Wi-Fi)?

Accepted Answer

For USB, use a direct rear-port connection and a known data cable. For Wi-Fi, confirm the printer is on a 2.4 GHz network and print a network config page. Remove stale “Kodak ESP Office 6100” entries in Devices and Printers, then reinstall.

Question 3

Version conflicts or missing scanner?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall older Kodak AiO software and drivers first, reboot, then install the full ESP Office 6100 package so print, scan, and copy components match. Don’t mix a Windows generic print driver with the Kodak scan utility.
