Name: Kodak ESP C310 AiO XPS Driver
Author: Kodak

Question 1

Installer fails or rolls back?

Accepted Answer

Disconnect the USB cable, uninstall older Kodak ESP software, reboot, then run the ESP C310 AiO XPS setup as administrator. Temporarily pause antivirus and avoid using a generic ESP driver.

Question 2

Printer not detected?

Accepted Answer

Power on the C310 and connect directly to a rear USB port, not a hub. For Wi-Fi, reconnect the printer to a 2.4 GHz network and restart the Print Spooler service. Confirm the correct USB/network port appears in Print Management.

Question 3

Driver/version conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Remove existing Kodak ESP C310 queues and ports before installing. Match the driver architecture to Windows (32/64-bit), and don’t mix the XPS package with an older ESP C310 driver. Clear stuck print jobs after installation.
