Name: Kodak Dual Webcam Driver
Author: Kodak

Question 1

Install fails or stalls?

Accepted Answer

Close apps using the camera, run the Kodak installer as administrator, and temporarily disable antivirus. If it still fails, uninstall any older Kodak webcam driver in Device Manager, reboot, then reinstall.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

Connect the Kodak Dual Webcam directly to a rear USB port, not a hub. In Device Manager, check Imaging devices or Other devices and scan for hardware changes. Confirm Windows camera privacy access is enabled; the Dual Webcam may list as two imaging devices—if only one appears, rescan.

Question 3

Driver version conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Remove the existing Kodak or Windows generic camera driver, including device software, reboot, and install only the latest Kodak package. Do not install multiple versions over each other.
