Name: Kingston SNA DC U USB Device Driver
Author: Kingston

Question 1

Install fails?

Accepted Answer

Run the driver installer as administrator, temporarily disable antivirus/security software, and confirm the Kingston USB device is connected directly to a rear USB port. If Windows already provides the USB mass-storage driver, avoid forcing an incompatible package.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

Try another USB port and cable, remove other USB devices, and check Device Manager and Disk Management. If it appears with a warning icon, uninstall the device entry, reconnect it, and let Windows reinstall the driver.

Question 3

Version conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall older Kingston/USB mass-storage drivers and any third-party driver-updater entries, reboot, then reconnect the device. Prefer the Windows inbox USB storage driver unless Kingston provides a specific update for this model.
