Name: Numark NS6 Driver
Author: Numark

Question 1

Installer fails or stalls?

Accepted Answer

Disconnect the NS6 before installing. Run the Numark NS6 driver installer as administrator, temporarily disable antivirus, and reboot when prompted. Connect the controller only after installation completes.

Question 2

NS6 not detected?

Accepted Answer

Use a direct USB 2.0 port, not a hub. Try a known-good cable, power-cycle the NS6, and check Device Manager for unknown devices. Reinstall the Numark driver if Windows lists the NS6 with an error.

Question 3

Driver/version conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall any older Numark NS6 or ASIO driver, remove the device in Device Manager, reboot, then install the current NS6 driver. Avoid mixing Serato DJ/ITCH driver packages; match the NS6 driver to your Windows version and DJ software.
