Name: Nokia X3 02 Driver
Author: Nokia

Question 1

Install fails?

Accepted Answer

Older Nokia USB/PC Suite drivers may be blocked by Windows 10/11. Run the installer as administrator, try Windows 7 compatibility mode, and install the Nokia USB cable driver before Nokia Suite.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

Set the Nokia X3-02 USB mode to PC Suite/Ovi Suite, use a known-good micro-USB data cable—not charge-only—connect directly to a rear USB port, and check Device Manager for “Nokia USB Device” or unknown USB entries.

Question 3

Version conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall previous Nokia PC Suite/Ovi Suite/USB drivers, reboot, then install one compatible Nokia Suite version. Disconnect other Nokia phones and remove older driver packages so Windows does not load the wrong INF.
