Question 1

Driver install fails or rolls back?

Accepted Answer

Run the installer as administrator, unblock the ZIP/EXE in Properties, and temporarily disable driver signature enforcement if Windows rejects the legacy Terratec package. Reboot before retrying; don’t install from a network share.

Question 2

Stick not detected?

Accepted Answer

Try a rear USB 2.0 port or powered hub, not a front-panel/USB 3 hub. In Device Manager, remove any unknown USB device and rescan. Confirm the DAB software sees the stick and reinstall the correct 32/64-bit driver.

Question 3

Version conflicts/old drivers?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall previous NOXON/Terratec DAB software and drivers, remove hidden USB devices via Device Manager, reboot, then install only one driver package. Avoid mixing bundled DAB Player drivers with newer Windows drivers.
