Name: Kaiser Baas KB USB Digital TV Tuner Driver
Author: Kaiser Baas

Question 1

Installer fails or rolls back?

Accepted Answer

Run the Kaiser Baas setup as administrator, uninstall any older tuner driver first, and reboot before retrying. If Windows blocks the installer, use compatibility mode only for the setup file.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

Connect the tuner directly to a rear USB port, not a hub. In Device Manager, check for an unknown USB device, then rescan and reinstall the driver. Power-cycle the tuner.

Question 3

Version conflicts or “no tuner found”?

Accepted Answer

Remove old Kaiser Baas/DVB-T drivers and TV software, reboot, then install the package matching your Windows version. After installation, open the tuner app and rescan channels.
