Name: JetWay TA55M L Driver
Author: JetWay

Question 1

Chipset/installer fails on newer Windows?

Accepted Answer

The JetWay TA55M L uses AMD A55 chipset drivers built for older Windows versions. Run the setup as administrator and in Compatibility Mode, or install the INF manually via Device Manager. Match the package to your exact Windows architecture.

Question 2

Onboard LAN/audio/USB not detected?

Accepted Answer

First confirm those devices are enabled in BIOS, then install the AMD A55 chipset driver before peripheral drivers. Use Device Manager’s “Scan for hardware changes” and avoid installing network/audio packages intended for other JetWay boards.

Question 3

Version conflicts after Windows Update?

Accepted Answer

Windows may replace the JetWay/AMD driver with a generic one, causing audio dropouts or unstable USB. Roll back the driver in Device Manager, reinstall the JetWay package, and temporarily pause automatic driver updates until the correct version is locked in.
