Question 1

Installer fails or rolls back?

Accepted Answer

Close IPEVO Presenter and other camera apps, disconnect the Point 2 View, run the installer as administrator, reboot, then reconnect the camera.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

Use a direct rear USB port instead of a hub, try another USB cable, and check Device Manager under Cameras/Imaging devices. If a warning appears, uninstall the device, unplug it, and rescan for hardware.

Question 3

Version conflicts or old driver?

Accepted Answer

Remove older IPEVO or generic camera drivers, restart, then install the latest Point 2 View package. In Device Manager, use Update driver > Browse and select the IPEVO driver folder.
