Question 1

Install fails or rolls back?

Accepted Answer

Run the Intex IT 350WC webcam setup as administrator, close video apps, and temporarily pause antivirus. If Windows blocks it, re-download the package and use Device Manager > Update driver > Browse to the extracted folder.

Question 2

Webcam not detected?

Accepted Answer

Use a different USB 2.0 port directly on the PC, not a hub. In Device Manager, check Imaging devices and USB controllers for yellow marks; uninstall the unknown device, reconnect the webcam, and rescan.

Question 3

Version conflicts or black video?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall any existing Intex webcam driver and old webcam software, restart, then install the current package. In Windows Settings > Privacy > Camera, allow desktop apps, and select “Intex IT 350WC” in your video app.
