Name: Intex IT LC81 Driver
Author: Intex

Question 1

Chipset/INF install fails?

Accepted Answer

Run the IT LC81 chipset driver as Administrator, temporarily disable antivirus, and install it before Wi-Fi, audio, or touchpad drivers. If setup still exits, update Windows and retry in compatibility mode for the supported OS version.

Question 2

Wi-Fi/Bluetooth or touchpad not detected?

Accepted Answer

Check Device Manager for unknown devices, enable the adapter/touchpad in BIOS or with Fn keys, then install the matching IT LC81 driver. Avoid generic drivers that may not support the laptop’s hardware IDs.

Question 3

Version conflicts after updating?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall the old driver, reboot, and reinstall the Intex package. If Windows forces a newer but unstable driver, roll back in Device Manager or set Windows not to auto-install that device driver.
