Author: Insignia

Question 1

Install fails or rolls back?

Accepted Answer

Confirm the driver matches the NS-P11W7100’s Windows version and architecture (typically 64-bit Windows 10). Right-click the installer and choose Run as administrator; temporarily disable third-party antivirus if setup is blocked.

Question 2

Device not detected (touchscreen, Wi-Fi, camera)?

Accepted Answer

Open Device Manager, show hidden devices, and check for disabled or unknown entries. Power-cycle the tablet, install the Intel chipset driver first, then rescan for hardware changes.

Question 3

Version conflicts after update?

Accepted Answer

In Device Manager, right-click the affected device, uninstall it, and tick Delete the driver software. Restart, then install the Insignia/Intel driver package for this tablet model—not a generic Windows driver.
