Question 1

Install fails or rolls back?

Accepted Answer

Disconnect the InMotion Air, run the installer as administrator, and temporarily disable antivirus. If setup still fails, use Windows compatibility mode for your Windows version, reboot, and retry.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

Confirm the speaker is powered on and in pairing mode. For USB wireless adapters, try another port and avoid hubs. In Windows Sound settings, check for InMotion Air under Playback, set it as default, and restart Bluetooth Audio/USB audio services.

Question 3

Version conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall older InMotion Air or generic Bluetooth audio drivers, remove hidden audio devices in Device Manager, reboot, then install the manufacturer’s latest driver matching your Windows architecture. Avoid keeping two audio driver packages for the same device.
