Name: Imagistics International IM4530 Driver
Author: Imagistics

Question 1

Install fails on newer Windows?

Accepted Answer

The IM4530 uses legacy Imagistics drivers that may lack current WHQL signing. Extract the package and install the INF via Device Manager, or use Windows compatibility mode for the setup executable.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

Confirm the IM4530 is powered on and connected. For USB, try a direct rear port and a known-good cable. For network, set a static IP and create a Standard TCP/IP port matching the copier’s address.

Question 3

Version conflicts or duplicate queues?

Accepted Answer

Remove old Imagistics/Muratec printer entries and driver packages, restart the Print Spooler service, then reinstall the correct IM4530 driver and recreate the queue.
