Author: Ideazon

Question 1

Installer fails or stalls on Windows 10/11?

Accepted Answer

The Zboard package is legacy. Run setup as administrator in compatibility mode for Windows 7 (or XP), reboot, and connect the keyboard only when prompted.

Question 2

Keyboard not detected / keyset not recognized?

Accepted Answer

Reseat the interchangeable keyset firmly, use a rear USB 2.0 port directly (no hub), try another cable/port, then scan for hardware changes in Device Manager and check for an Unknown USB Device.

Question 3

Version conflicts with old Ideazon/Zboard software?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall previous Zboard/Ideazon drivers and utilities, remove stale HID entries in Device Manager, reboot, and install one matching driver/software version only. Don’t mix Zboard and Zboard 2 packages.
