Name: Ideazon USB Zboard Device Driver
Author: Ideazon

Question 1

Installer fails or rolls back?

Accepted Answer

Old Ideazon/Zboard installers often fail on modern Windows. Run the installer as Administrator in Windows 7 compatibility mode, disconnect the Zboard first, reboot, then reconnect after installation.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

Try a rear USB 2.0 port directly on the PC, not a hub. Check Device Manager for “Unknown device” or HID entries; uninstall them, unplug the Zboard, and rescan. Confirm the USB cable and keyset are seated firmly.

Question 3

Version conflicts / keyset not working?

Accepted Answer

Remove any existing Ideazon Zboard software and stale HID keyboard entries before installing a newer package. Reboot after uninstalling, then install one version only; mixed old/new Zboard drivers can prevent keyset recognition.
