Name: ICI Olmec OP900 Driver
Author: ICI Imagedata

Question 1

Install fails or rolls back?

Accepted Answer

Run the OP900 driver installer as administrator, close card-printing software, and remove any existing ICI/Olmec printer queue. Restart the print spooler before retrying; unsigned or older packages can be blocked on current Windows.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

Connect the card printer directly to a rear USB port, not a hub, and confirm it is powered and idle. Check Device Manager for an unknown USB device; reseat the USB cable and restart the printer before reinstalling.

Question 3

Driver/version conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall previous ICI Imagedata or Olmec OP-series drivers, then install the package matching OP900 and Windows architecture. Avoid mixing old and new drivers; reboot and set the OP900 as the default card printer.
