Question 1

Install fails or rolls back?

Accepted Answer

Run the setup as Administrator, temporarily disable antivirus, and install the driver before the Wi-Fi utility. If Windows blocks it, use Compatibility Mode and reboot.

Question 2

Adapter not detected?

Accepted Answer

Plug the Ib Wua150NM directly into a USB 2.0 port, not a hub. Check Device Manager for an unknown/USB 802.11n adapter, scan for hardware changes, and try another port or PC.

Question 3

Version conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall any previous Wi-Fi driver and vendor utility, remove hidden adapters in Device Manager, reboot, then install only the driver matching your hardware revision. Avoid mixing Windows Update and vendor drivers.
