Name: HiTi P310W Driver
Author: HiTi

Question 1

Install fails or stops midway?

Accepted Answer

Disconnect the P310W USB cable, remove any existing HiTi P310W entry in Print Management, reboot, and run the driver installer as administrator. Connect the printer only when setup prompts.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

Use a direct USB data port, not a hub, and a known-good cable. For Wi-Fi, confirm the P310W and PC are on the same 2.4 GHz network, power-cycle the printer, then re-add it.

Question 3

Driver/version conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Remove duplicate P310W printer queues and older HiTi photo-printer software, then install the latest P310W driver for your Windows version and architecture. Set it as the default printer before printing photos.
