Author: Hercules

Question 1

Install fails or stalls?

Accepted Answer

Disconnect the DJ Control Air Bulk before running the installer. Close DJ software, run the setup as administrator, and reconnect only when prompted. Avoid USB hubs during installation.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

Use a direct rear USB port, preferably USB 2.0. Check Device Manager for unknown USB/MIDI devices, try a different cable, and confirm the controller is selected as the MIDI input in your DJ software.

Question 3

Version conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall older Hercules DJ Console/ASIO drivers first, reboot, then install the latest package. In DJ software, reselect the Hercules MIDI and ASIO devices so the Air Bulk mapping loads correctly.
