Name: Muratec MFX 360 Driver
Author: Muratec

Question 1

Install fails or stalls?

Accepted Answer

Disconnect the USB cable, uninstall any partial Muratec MFX 360 entries in Devices and Printers, reboot, then run the driver installer as administrator. Use the correct 32/64-bit package for your Windows version.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

Check power and cable, try a direct USB port instead of a hub, and confirm the MFX 360 appears in Device Manager. Remove other Muratec printer/fax drivers that may be binding to the port, then reconnect.

Question 3

Version conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Fully uninstall older Muratec software and drivers, restart, and install only the latest MFX 360 package. Avoid mixing Windows generic print/scan drivers with the Muratec driver set.
