Name: Motorola MB810 USB Device Driver
Author: Motorola

Question 1

Install fails or rolls back?

Accepted Answer

Older Motorola MB810 USB drivers can be blocked by Windows 10/11 driver-signing or setup permissions. Run the Motorola installer as administrator, use Windows 7 compatibility mode, or extract the package and update the MB810 device manually in Device Manager.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

Try a known data-capable USB cable and a rear motherboard port; avoid hubs. Check Device Manager for “Unknown Device” or a warning on “Motorola MB810.” Reinstall the Motorola USB driver, reconnect, and select the correct USB mode if prompted.

Question 3

Driver version conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Remove prior Motorola Device Manager/USB driver entries and duplicate generic ADB/MTP devices, reboot, then install one current Motorola driver package. Do not mix old MB810-specific INF files with newer Motorola drivers.
