How to Install

1. Check your Windows version. Before downloading, confirm whether your computer runs Windows 11, 10, 8, or 7, and select a package that explicitly supports it. G HUB compatibility varies by release, so do not assume the latest installer supports older Windows versions.
2. Connect the wireless receiver. Insert the included LIGHTSPEED receiver into an available USB port, then turn on the charged headset. The G733 uses its receiver for wireless audio; its USB charging cable is not a wired audio connection.
3. Install the appropriate software. Open the downloaded installer and follow the prompts. Allow any required device components to install, and restart Windows if requested.
4. Select your audio devices. In Windows sound settings, choose the Logitech G733 as your output device and its microphone as your input device. Check these selections separately in games or chat apps that use their own audio settings.
5. Test and customize. Play audio and make a short microphone recording. If you installed a compatible version of G HUB, open it to adjust sound and lighting preferences.

If the headset is not detected, try another USB port, check its battery level, and reconnect the receiver before reinstalling software. On Windows 8 or 7, verify package compatibility carefully; advanced customization may not be available through current Logitech software.
