Name: Graphtec Corporation CE5000 60 Driver
Author: Graphtec

Question 1

Install fails or stalls?

Accepted Answer

Run the Graphtec installer as administrator, leave the CE5000-60 disconnected until prompted, and allow the USB driver through Windows security. On Windows 10/11, temporarily disable driver signature enforcement if an older unsigned driver is blocked.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

Power on the cutter, use a known-good USB 2.0 cable and a direct port instead of a hub, then check Device Manager for an unknown Graphtec device. Select the correct USB port in the driver or Cutting Master.

Question 3

Version conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall older Graphtec drivers and Cutting Master software, remove hidden USB entries in Device Manager, reboot, then install the driver/software matching your Windows version and CE5000-60.
