Name: GCC PumaII 60 Cutter Driver
Author: GCC

Question 1

Driver install fails or stalls?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall any previous GCC cutter driver, reboot, then run the PumaII 60 driver installer as administrator. Use a Windows-compatible driver version and connect the cutter directly by USB, not through a hub.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

Power on the PumaII 60, try a known-good USB cable/port, and check Device Manager for unknown devices or the assigned COM port. In your cutting software, select the correct GCC PumaII 60 model and matching COM/USB port.

Question 3

Version or port conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Old GCC drivers or stale COM ports can prevent connection. Remove unused GCC/plotter entries in Device Manager, reboot, install the current PumaII driver, then reselect the cutter and port in the software.
